All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Because some of our products ship directly from our trusted fulfillment partners, delivery times may vary.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing (if applicable), or high order volumes.


Shipping Costs  

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.


Order Tracking  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.


Multiple Shipments  

In some cases, items in your order may be shipped separately if they come from different fulfillment centers. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Incorrect Address  

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Casa Mora is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
